New Newsletter Contest - Results

Starting November 11 and running through November 19, the yearbook staff held a school wide contest to find a new newsletter name. The students put their thinking caps on and turned in some very creative and interesting suggestions! On November 19 and 22, the yearbook staff got together and chose the top three most creative names.
The top three names  in the contest were:

1. L.C.A. Beacon - Kaylen Waldrep
2. L.C.A. Reflection - Lauren Bundy
3. L.C.A. World - Carlos Medrano

Congratulations to those top three winners. :) They received $25 in L.C.A. Mint Money.

Then, at our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon, the top three names were announced and placed on a ballot. Everyone present voted on what name they thought was best. A couple of people from the yearbook staff gathered voting slips while the others counted. It was very close, but after finally getting all the votes counted, we found a winner!

Congratulations to Lauren Bundy for winning with her suggestion, L.C.A Reflection! She received another $75 in L.C.A. Mint Money.
